The Abuse Hold is a potent energetic hands on technique that when run assists both the body and the being of releasing and changing everything that has been locked up due to abuse.

Please note you must have listened to "The Pre-Abuse Hold Clearings with Mr Gary Douglas" at least 22 times for your body to be able to receive the proccess (IF you never received an abuse hold before).
